BHX 시리즈 결합 흐름 폐쇄 회로 냉각탑의 작동 원리:
냉각될 공정 액체는 구불구불한 냉각 코일에서 순환하며, 이 코일은 분무수 시스템에 의해 외부에서 지속적으로 적셔집니다. 열은 코일 벽을 통해 전달되어 분사수와 공기를 만나면 포화 증기가 됩니다. 그런 다음 열은 팬에 의해 대기로 방출되지만 물은 미스트 분리기에 의해 수조에 수집되어 회로에 분사됩니다. PVC 충진으로 인해 분무수의 온도가 낮아집니다. 분무수는 신선한 공기와 같은 방향으로 흐르며 주로 상당한 열전도를 통해 코일을 냉각시킵니다. 이는 냉각탑 출구 온도가 습구 온도에 훨씬 가까운 경우에 특히 적합합니다.
