산업용 감속기는 대규모 산업 및 발전소 응용 분야의 냉각탑용으로 특별히 제조 및 설계되었습니다. 형태와 기능 면에서 이들 설계는 일반적인 요구 사항을 뛰어넘어 타워를 통한 공기 이동을 최대화하고 유지 관리에 따른 영향을 최소화합니다.

 

기어 감속기
2단 기어 변속기용 감속기어로서 스파이럴 베벨 기어와 헬리컬 기어 변속기가 결합된 시스템입니다. 컴팩트한 구조, 큰 전송 전력, 원활한 작동, 저소음 및 기타 특성을 갖추고 있습니다. 기어에 사용되는 재료는 20CrMnTi이며, 기어의 내마모성과 내충격성이 더 높아지도록 열처리 공정을 거쳤습니다. 윤활 시스템은 오일 침지 및 비말 흐름 윤활을 조합하여 사용합니다. 상자에는 일정량의 오일이 저장되어 있습니다. 오일은 오일 디스크에서 오일 저장 탱크로 보내져 오일이 흐름 채널을 통해 흐르고 베어링을 윤활하게 합니다. 고속 샤프트 입구에는 뼈대 오일 씰 또는 메카니컬 씰이 사용됩니다. 8,000시간 작동 후에는 감속기 커버를 제거하여 씰 마모를 확인하고 교체 여부를 결정해야 합니다.

커버의 아이볼트는 기어박스 정밀 검사 중에 기어박스 커버를 여는 데 사용됩니다. 기어박스를 들어 올리는 데에는 사용할 수 없습니다. 컨트롤러의 접촉 나사 구멍은 박스 본체에 배치되어 사용자 요구에 따라 컨트롤러에 연결할 수 있습니다.
